BC Card Supports 2,800 Vulnerable Households with 'Health Food Packages' for Chuseok
Until the 24th, 2,800 vulnerable households in 7 regions including Seoul, Daegu, and Gwangju
Composed of a total of 15 types of customized healthy foods
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] BC Card announced on the 13th that it will support 2,800 vulnerable households nationwide struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic with 'Saranghae Red Food Truck Food Packages' containing healthy food.
The food packages will be delivered from today until the 24th to a total of 2,800 households, including elderly living alone, disabled persons, and low-income families, in seven regions nationwide (Seoul, Incheon, Daegu, Ulsan, Gimhae, Gwangju, Yeosu). These households were selected by local Red Food Truck operating organizations such as Wonbong Gonghoe (Seoul), Sarangui Ssall Nanum Undong Bonbu (Incheon), and Sadanbeobin Saranghae Bapcha (Daegu).
The food packages, jointly prepared by BC Card and the KT Group Hope Sharing Foundation, are composed of health foods tailored for the elderly. A total of 15 types of nutritious foods, including low-sodium instant soup, ready-to-eat rice, and health drinks, will be delivered in insulated bags.
