View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 8th that it signed a non-face-to-face memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 7th with Publico Daejeon, Daejeon Western Office of Education, and Yuseong District Office for the 'Purumi Green School' project to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
This agreement was promoted to commemorate the 7th, designated as 'International Day of the Blue Sky' by the United Nations (UN) and proposed by South Korea. According to the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the institutions united their intentions to promote a project that continuously creates green spaces within schools and spreads an eco-friendly culture.
The Small Enterprise and Market Service will work with the partnered institutions to ▲ recruit and activate schools participating in Purumi Green School ▲ create green spaces such as planting environmental purification water trees within schools ▲ support promotion and education to encourage students' eco-friendly lifestyle practices.
