Hwasun-gun to Recruit 'Youth Council Members' Starting from the 8th
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 3rd that it is recruiting members for the ‘3rd Hwasun-gun Youth Council’ for those interested in youth policies.
This recruitment will select 30 youths aged 18 to 47 residing in the county as members of the 3rd Hwasun-gun Youth Council from the 8th to the 24th of this month.
Launched in 2017, the county youth council is composed of four divisions: ▲Jobs ▲Human Resource Development ▲Culture ▲Welfare, serving as a body to listen to diverse voices of youth and discover youth policies.
The 2nd Hwasun-gun Youth Council, whose two-year term ends next month, has carried out various activities such as policy analysis by division, monitoring, discussions for discovering new policies, workshops, and meetings for the establishment of a youth center.
Youth members can apply if they are young people who have a strong interest in youth policies and youth issues.
Applicants wishing to apply can refer to the county website’s public notice, visit the Population Policy Team of the Planning and Audit Office, or submit the application form via the person in charge’s email.
A county official said, “Youth policy is an important area in population policy, and its importance is increasing. We hope for active participation from young people who are interested in youth policies and can discover and add policies that resonate with youth.”
