The normalization of school work is a policy direction of the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education aimed at establishing a system where all school members can fully concentrate on educational activities.
The newly produced booklet contains the concept of school work normalization and practical measures for its implementation.
The Office of Education plans to distribute the booklet to kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools, special schools, and various other schools starting from the 6th.
The booklet will also be uploaded to the Office of Education's website in the Administrative Work Reduction Resources section and the School Work Information Sharing Center, allowing all staff members to freely utilize it.

An official from the Office of Education stated, “We are strengthening communication through dialogue sessions with school sites and listening to voices from the field to normalize school work,” adding, “We will continue to support schools so that they can focus on educational activities with students at the center.”
