[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Joo-hee] On the 2nd, a passenger car crashed directly into a cafe by crossing the sidewalk in downtown Daegu.
According to the Daegu Fire and Safety Headquarters, at around 12:09 PM that day in Jukjeon-dong, Dalseo-gu, a vehicle driven by a woman in her 20s, Ms. A, rushed toward the cafe.
As the vehicle suddenly charged forward, the cafe's glass door shattered into pieces, and the interior of the store was thrown into chaos. The vehicle had entered inside the store.
As a result of the accident, Ms. A and four cafe customers sustained minor injuries but were not transported to the hospital.
It was confirmed that Ms. A was not under the influence of alcohol, and she was investigated to be a novice driver who had obtained her license recently.
