View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Woongjin ThinkBig announced on the 2nd that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with digital therapeutics company Hippo T&C to develop an attention concentration test using virtual reality (VR) technology.
Hippo T&C is a digital therapeutics specialist company founded by Professor Jung Taemyung of the Software Department at Sungkyunkwan University. It develops and owns technologies for attention concentration diagnosis and depression treatment using information technology (IT) such as VR and artificial intelligence (AI).
Woongjin ThinkBig plans to introduce Hippo T&C's attention concentration diagnostic service, 'Attention Care,' at the children's development diagnosis research center 'Kids Lab' located in Bucheon Woongjin Play City.
Attention Care is a diagnostic service where users wear VR equipment and perform missions in virtual reality. Since the degree of attention concentration is analyzed during the mission process, it is characterized by allowing children to participate in the test without resistance.
