Camerata Jeonnam 'Contemporary Music Series 2021' Performance
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] The Camerata Jeonnam announced on the 1st that the 'Contemporary Music Series 2021' will be held at 7:30 PM on the 7th at Bitgoeul Citizen Culture Center.
This performance, produced through the Gwangju Cultural Foundation's Regional Culture and Arts Promotion Support Project, will feature a total of four pieces, starting with the world premiere work by composer Jeong Hyunsoo, followed by Wolf Ferrari's Oboe Concerto, Rossella Spinosa's Violin Concerto, and Stravinsky's Dumbarton Oaks.
The concert is composed of contemporary orchestral and concerto pieces that have been difficult to experience until now, providing the audience with an opportunity to feel the unfamiliar yet moving charm of modern compositions.
Conductor Park Inwook leads the performance, joined by composer Jeong Hyunsoo, violinist Lee Hyejung, and oboist Jo Junghyun.
