NHIS to Recruit 452 New Employees Starting Today for Second Half of the Year...
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] The National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) is set to recruit new employees in the second half of the year, planning to hire 452 people.
On the 31st, NHIS announced that it will publicly recruit 452 "Health Security Specialists" to protect the lifelong health of the public. The Health Security Specialists represent the organization's new talent ideal: serving the people, earning trust through honesty, pursuing innovation, and possessing expertise.
The number of recruits by job category is 410 for administrative positions, 39 for nursing positions, and 3 for technical positions. Recruitment will be conducted through open competition and restricted competition (40 for persons with disabilities, 30 for veterans, and 23 for Gangwon talent). Bias factors such as gender, age, and educational background are excluded, and fair and equal open employment based on NCS job competency is implemented. Except for the high school graduate recruitment for grade 6 and the restricted competition for Gangwon talent based on final education level (high school or university), there are no educational requirements. Additionally, social equity candidates such as persons with disabilities, employment support recipients, and basic livelihood security recipients are given preference.
Previously, during the first half of the year’s new employee recruitment, applicants who were restricted from taking exams due to COVID-19 will be granted an opportunity to take the missed exam stage once if they apply for the "same recruitment field and region."
