Hamyang-gun Focuses Training on 'Enhancing Work Competency' for New Public Officials
Newly appointed public officials in Hamyang-gun are taking a commemorative photo after completing their in-house training.

This training was conducted focusing on practical lectures by those in charge of planning, budgeting, personnel, service, IT, and accounting, omitting workplace visits and field trips to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
In addition, intensive training was provided to increase understanding of the upcoming 2021 Hamyang Sansam Anti-Aging Expo, which is just two weeks away. Besides this in-house training, they must also complete a three-week talent development course at the Gyeongnam Provincial Human Resources Development Institute within the year.
The newly appointed public officials who participated in the training said, "Based on the experiences and lectures of senior public officials, we will do our best to become the foundation for the development of Hamyang-gun," expressing their determination for their first steps in public service.
