The screen design and layout were completely overhauled to help customers intuitively understand the services provided on the mobile web. Frequently used main service icons were prominently placed to enhance readability and clarity, and a guardian angel image was implemented to represent the brand identity.
Additionally, the categories were reclassified from being product-centered to customer service-centered, and the scope of services provided was further expanded. Services such as insurance policy loans, accident insurance claim submission and processing, individual retirement pension (IRP) subscription and cancellation, and new contract supplementary processing were offered to improve customer convenience.
Simple authentication methods were also added. Authentication via fingerprint, facial recognition, and KakaoPay were introduced.
