Com2uS Acquires WYSIWYG Studio Shares Worth 160.6 Billion KRW, Becomes Largest Shareholder
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Com2us, a subsidiary of Gamevil, announced on the 25th that it acquired 11,272,133 shares of WYSIWYG Studio for 160.6 billion KRW. With this, Com2us becomes the largest shareholder of WYSIWYG Studio.
This amount corresponds to 16.44% of Com2us's equity capital. After the acquisition, the number of shares owned and the shareholding ratio will be 38.11%. The acquisition method involved participating in WYSIWYG Studio's third-party allotment paid-in capital increase (6.25 million shares) and acquiring existing shares (5,022,133 shares). The scheduled date for acquiring the existing shares is September 30. The acquisition of the paid-in capital increase was scheduled for October 1 but may be subject to change.
