Puradak Chicken Launches Two New Tender Chibaro Menus: 'Nyuringi' and 'K-Chap'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Puradak Chicken announced on the 22nd the launch of new P-reast menu items, "Tender Chibaro (Nyuringi)" and "Tender Chibaro (K-Chap)," a new type that evokes nostalgia for fading menus.
The new menu item Tender Chibaro (Nyuringi) features crispy and chewy tender chibaro combined with fresh scallion strips and Puradak-style Yuringi sauce, offering a spicy, salty, and fresh sensation simultaneously.
Tender Chibaro (K-Chap) is inspired by the ketchup-based sweet and sour pork sauce that is now hard to find, enhanced with garlic preferred by Koreans, resulting in the Korean-style ketchup sauce called "K-Chap Sauce."
