On the 13th, Yoon's campaign announced that Song Seok-jun, a member of the People Power Party, was appointed as the Head of the Planning Headquarters and the Real Estate Policy Headquarters. Song, formerly of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, has served as the Vice Chairman of the Party Policy Committee and as a Deputy Floor Leader.
Another member of the same party, Ahn Byung-gil, will serve as the Head of the Public Relations Headquarters within the campaign. Ahn, a former president of the Busan Ilbo, will oversee all public relations activities for the campaign. Ji Sung-ho was recruited as the Chairman of the Special Committee on North Korean Human Rights, and Hong Seok-jun as the Chairman of the Regional Balanced Development Committee. Kim Seon-kyo was appointed as the Gyeonggi Election Committee Chairman, and Seo Il-jun as the Gyeongnam Election Committee Chairman.

Former lawmaker Kim Young-hwan, who had called himself the 'People's Campaign Deputy Spokesperson,' was recruited as the Head of Talent Recruitment. Former lawmaker Lee Sang-il was appointed as the Director of Public Relations, and former lawmaker Baek Seung-joo as the Head of the Security Policy Headquarters. Former Gyeonggi Provincial Police Chief Jeong Yong-seon was named the Head of the Fair Election Promotion Team, and Heo Seong-woo, a special professor at Seoul Media Graduate School, will serve as the Campaign Operations Director.
