On the 30th, Min posted on Facebook an article titled "Candidate Lee Nak-yeon, surely you are not trying to lie?" stating, "In yesterday's (29th) TV debate, in response to my question about the low pledge fulfillment rate, candidate Lee Nak-yeon answered, 'Looking at the 2015 pledge fulfillment rate, 20 out of 21 pledges were fulfilled, as evaluated in 2016.' I asked him to reveal the basis for his statement that he fulfilled 20 out of 21 pledges."
Min added, "Candidate Lee seemed to have only seen the headlines of media reports, so I reviewed the relevant articles and the 2016 press release from the civic group (Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters) that evaluated the 2015 pledge fulfillment rate," and said, "No matter how closely I looked, I could not find any evidence supporting the claim that '20 out of 21 pledges were fulfilled.'"
Furthermore, he raised suspicion, saying, "According to the 2016 press release from the Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters, former Jeonnam Governor Lee Nak-yeon had '5 completed out of 21 tasks and 76 pledges, and 15 were 'implemented and continuously promoted.' Could it be that candidate Lee slightly changed the number of tasks to pledges?"
In particular, he disclosed on Facebook the evaluation results of former Jeonnam Governor Lee Nak-yeon at the time, stating, "If we go by the 2016 Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters data, candidate Lee fulfilled 20 out of 76 pledges, which is a fulfillment rate of 26.3%. According to the press release at the time, the comprehensive evaluation result of Jeonnam Province's pledge fulfillment in 2016 was a B grade, ranking last nationwide."

Min insisted, "Candidate Lee Nak-yeon must reveal the basis for his statement that he fulfilled 20 pledges to clear up misunderstandings," and argued, "If he does not disclose this or cannot confirm it, it can only be seen as an attempt to hide the rest of the truth."
