5 Woori Bank Players Aim for Medals at Tokyo Olympics
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jin-ho] Woori Bank announced on the 22nd that five players and coaches affiliated with Woori Bank will compete under the Taeguk mark at the 32nd Tokyo Summer Olympics, held from the 23rd of this month to the 8th of next month.
Jeon Joo-won, coach of the Woori Bank Women's Professional Basketball Team, will become the first Korean woman to serve as a head coach in an Olympic ball game event. Coach Jeon said, "It is encouraging that three players from the Woori Bank Women's Professional Basketball Team?Park Hye-jin, Park Ji-hyun, and Kim Jeong-eun?have been selected as national representatives."
Park Hee-moon, a member of the Woori Bank Women's Shooting Team, will also compete in the women's 10m air rifle event, aiming to win the first medal for the Tokyo Olympics.

A Woori Bank official said, "We support our affiliated players wearing the Taeguk mark to achieve good results in order to help South Korea reach its goal of 'Top 10 in the Olympics for five consecutive times.'"
