SK Announces Record High Interim Dividend of 1,500 KRW Per Share
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] SK announced on the 21st that it held a board meeting and decided on an interim dividend of 1,500 KRW per share. This is the largest amount since the first interim dividend of 1,000 KRW per share in 2018.
The total payment amount is approximately 79.3 billion KRW, a 50% increase compared to the same period last year.
The total annual dividend increased by about 77% over four years, from 208.7 billion KRW in 2016 to 370.1 billion KRW last year.
SK is implementing an active dividend policy based on the fundamental principle of stable and gradual dividend expansion, reflecting investment gains as dividend resources when realized.
