Did "Tes Hyung" Lose... Imminent Ban on Na Hoon-a's Busan Concert, 'Mr. Trot TOP6 Also'
Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters Bans Indoor and Outdoor Performances to Prevent COVID-19 Spread Starting from the 22nd
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Fans who eagerly awaited the shout of ‘Tess hyung’ can no longer see the Na Hoon-a concert on the promised day due to COVID-19. ‘Mr. Trot’ is in the same situation.
The Na Hoon-a concert, which was scheduled to be held at Busan BEXCO with 4,000 seats, was ultimately canceled.
The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters announced on the 21st, “From 0:00 on the 22nd until August 1st, all indoor and outdoor performances held outside registered venues in non-metropolitan areas are prohibited.”
As the government strengthened quarantine measures amid the spread of the fourth wave of COVID-19, concerns about infection spread increased due to large-scale concerts being held in various regions including Busan.
According to these measures, the ‘Na Hoon-a AGAIN Tess hyung - Busan’ event scheduled at BEXCO Exhibition Center from the 23rd to the 25th, and the ‘Mr. Trot TOP6’ concert scheduled from the 30th to the 1st of next month can no longer be held.
BEXCO, with the events imminent, was put under great pressure. Following the decision by the Central Disaster Headquarters, it will discuss with the organizers whether to cancel the two events or postpone them until after August and decide accordingly.
