Launch of KakaoTalk Chatbot Service Providing Information on Car Accident Fault Ratios
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] The General Insurance Association of Korea is launching a KakaoTalk-based chatbot service that allows users to search for automobile accident fault ratios.
The General Insurance Association of Korea announced on the 21st that it has developed a chatbot service enabling consumers to easily and conveniently check automobile accident fault ratios, and the service will begin on the 22nd.
The 'General Insurance Association Fault Ratio Dispute Review Committee Guide Chatbot' can be accessed anytime, anywhere, 24/7 through KakaoTalk by anyone with ease. Through the chatbot, users can search fault ratios according to types of automobile accidents, check the status of fault ratio dispute reviews, apply for internet consultations related to automobile accidents, and receive immediate answers by typing questions in words or sentences about review procedures or other inquiries in the chat window.
Additionally, in the event of a traffic accident, the chatbot URL will be provided in the accident notification text messages sent by general insurance companies and mutual aid associations, allowing the parties involved in the accident to easily check fault ratios and related information.
