Donation of Dining Coupons (1 Million KRW) to 20 Households in Financial Difficulty
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) sponsored dining coupons worth 1 million KRW at Geumcheon Credit Cooperative on the 14th to support single-parent families and other neighbors in need within the district.
The handover ceremony took place at 10 a.m. that day at the Doksan 3-dong Community Center, attended by the head of Doksan 3-dong and the chairman of Geumcheon Credit Cooperative.
The donated dining coupons were prepared to help both local residents struggling due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and restaurant owners suffering from depressed consumption. Through the Doksan 3-dong Community Center, 50,000 KRW each will be distributed to 20 local households.
