Sancheong Youth Center, Club Federation Inauguration Ceremony
Gyeongnam Election Commission Collaboration Youth Democratic Citizenship Education
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong County Youth Center announced on the 15th that the youth club federation, ‘United Sancheong,’ held an inauguration ceremony and began its activities.
United Sancheong was established to help youth autonomously and actively participate in order to establish proper values, relieve stress, and improve sociability.
The youths who participated in the inauguration ceremony also took part in the ‘Youth Democratic Citizenship Education’ jointly promoted by the Gyeongnam Provincial Youth Support Foundation and the Gyeongnam Provincial Election Commission after the event.
The democratic citizenship education was designed to cultivate civic awareness by teaching 18-year-old youth voters and prospective voters the values of democratic elections and democratic leadership.
