Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Signs 'Health Checkup Support Agreement for Mobile Workers'
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Following the signing of a "Business Agreement for the Health Promotion of Mobile Workers" on the 7th between the Gyeonggi Province Substitute Driving Labor Union, Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Suwon Hospital, and Seongnam City, mobile workers such as substitute drivers in the Seongnam area can now receive free general or special health checkups at the Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Suwon Hospital.
According to the province on the 13th, the checkups are conducted by visiting mobile worker rest areas with a mobile medical bus, performing examinations such as X-rays, pneumoconiosis, chronic diseases, cerebro-cardiovascular conditions, and stress assessments.
Additionally, various health management projects will be promoted, including customized health consultations, health management program systems, linkage to welfare resources (such as medical expenses), and projects aimed at resolving physical, mental, and social health issues of workers' families.
