"Another Galaxy A Series"... Is the Galaxy A12s Coming Soon?
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Samsung Electronics, which has been focusing on strengthening its mid-range lineup from the Galaxy A to Galaxy F and Galaxy M series this year, is expected to introduce another model in the Galaxy A series.
On the 8th (local time), IT specialized media SamMobile reported, citing the Bluetooth SIG database, that Samsung Electronics is preparing a new Galaxy A series model.
Two model numbers (SM-A127F, SM-A127M) revealed for Samsung's new Galaxy A series are highly likely to be the 'Galaxy A12s.' Both models are said to feature Bluetooth 5.0 and dual SIM card slots. SamMobile stated that considering Samsung created a support page for the Galaxy A12s on its Philippine website, the release of this model is confirmed.
Furthermore, the Galaxy A12s is expected to be an improved version of the Galaxy A12. SamMobile predicted, "The Galaxy A12s will feature an upgraded processor, camera setup, and a larger battery capacity compared to the Galaxy A12."

The Galaxy A12 is an entry-level LTE phone released in February. With a retail price of 275,000 KRW, it is the most affordable model in the Galaxy A series. The Galaxy A12 features a 6.5-inch large Infinity-V display, a 5000mAh large-capacity battery, and supports 15W fast wired charging. On the back, it is equipped with a quad-camera setup including a 48MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It was released in two colors: black and white.
