One Bailey, subject to the price ceiling system, is 1.3 to 1.5 billion KRW cheaper than the surrounding market price, earning it the nickname "1.5 Billion Won Lotto."
On the 30th, according to the "Status of Applicants and Winners by Household for Banpo Raemian One Bailey General Supply Subscription" received by Kim Sang-hoon, a member of the People Power Party (Daegu Seo-gu, Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee), from the Korea Real Estate Board, a total of 17,323 people in their 20s and 30s applied for 224 general supply units.
In particular, 14,952 people in their 30s applied, the largest number among all age groups, with one winner each in the 59㎡A and 59㎡B housing types. Among those in their 20s, a total of 2,371 applied, with about half concentrated in the 59㎡A housing type, which had the most supply, but there were no winners.
The age group with the most winners was those in their 40s. A total of 11,745 applied, and 130 won, accounting for 58% of the 224 supply units. Except for the 46㎡A housing type, which only had 2 units supplied, about half or more of the supply in all other housing types were won.
The next age group with the most winners was those in their 50s. A total of 4,830 applied, and 78 won across all housing types. Among those aged 70 and above, who had 487 applicants, there was one winner in the 59㎡A housing type, which had the most supply.
