Sangha Farm, Sunday Brunch Buffet 'Summer Delicacies' Special Exhibition
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Farmers Village at Sangha Farm, a rural experience-themed park located in Gochang, Jeonbuk, announced on the 25th that it will launch the Sunday Brunch Buffet "Summer Delicacies" special exhibition starting next month.
The buffet will feature a variety of unique dishes such as rice cooked with potatoes and black barley, steamed pumpkin leaves grown in Sangha Farm's garden served as wraps, fried eel coated with soy sauce from Sangha Farm's fermentation workshop, black soybean noodles served with Gochang watermelon, grilled pork ribs with ginger chili sauce, and diverse dishes like Neungi mushroom and ginseng half-chicken soup.
Additionally, a self-toast bar will be set up where customers can make their own bread, jam, and sausages made by Sangha Workshop according to their preferences.

The Sunday Brunch Buffet "Summer Delicacies" will be held every Sunday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, starting from the 4th of next month until August 29th.
