Lotte Hotel Signs Business Agreement with KT for Digital Transformation
Lotte Hotel and KT have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on joint planning for digital transformation.

The two companies plan to apply various digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and big data to hotels to develop innovative services.
According to the agreement, KT's AI speaker, Giga Genie, will be introduced first to domestic and overseas Lotte Hotels, and the scope of application will be expanded later to include the deployment of various robots. AI hotel-specific services such as mobile concierge will also be promoted. In addition, they plan to establish a comprehensive cooperation system for big data-based marketing solutions.
