[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 8th that it will hire around 200 new and experienced employees in the first half of this year. The recruitment sectors include ▲IT ▲Data ▲Management (Business Planning/Business Support) experts ▲Persons with disabilities ▲Veterans, totaling five categories.
First, in the IT and Data sectors, the bank increased the number of new hires in the first half to proactively respond to the rapidly changing financial market due to the 4th Industrial Revolution. All sectors will recruit double-digit numbers.
For the Management expert sector, recruitment targets ‘experienced professionals in the relevant fields,’ ‘holders of professional certifications,’ or ‘those with a master's degree or higher’ in business planning and business support. Additionally, as a leading company in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, the bank will conduct special recruitment for persons with disabilities and veterans to practice social responsibility management through diverse hiring.
