LF Food Hakoya Enters Convenience Meal Market... Launches Chilled Buckwheat Soba
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] LF Food, a comprehensive food company, is entering the convenience food market with its Japanese ramen and donburi specialty restaurant Hakoya.
On the 4th, Hakoya announced the launch of 'Sal-eoreum Dongdong Cold Buckwheat Soba (948g)'. This product features authentic soba broth and hand-pulled fresh noodles, allowing consumers to easily enjoy traditional Japanese buckwheat soba at home.
The broth boasts a deep flavor of authentic soba broth, made by steeping katsuobushi and kelp in tsuyu, a Japanese soy sauce. It also includes three types of toppings: fresh wasabi, katsuobushi, and grated radish, so there is no need to prepare additional ingredients. Each serving is individually packaged, making it convenient to use and store neatly.
