Gokseong-gun 'Mita Seonwon' Volunteer Sharing Activities for Neighbors in Need
On the 29th, Hwang Young-sook, the head of Mitaseonwon in Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, and the temple followers carried out volunteer sharing activities for neighbors in need within the county.

The volunteer activity was sponsored by Tteuran Vegetarian Restaurant (CEO Shim Eun-joo), and attended by Gokseong-gun Council member Kim Eul-nam and Mita Seonwon believers, who visited underprivileged neighbors to give side dishes, socks, snacks, and other gifts.
Hwang Young-sook, director of Mita Seonwon, said, "This event was prepared to give even a little courage to the underprivileged neighbors who must have felt even more difficulties due to the crisis brought by COVID-19," and added, "I hope it brings comfort to everyone in despair."
Director Hwang has previously received the 'Korea Person of the Year Award' and the 'Korean Red Cross Commendation' through continuous volunteer activities.
