View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement with the Yongsan Women's Human Resources Development Center to operate an 'Emotional Care Program' to relieve work stress and support the psychological stability of card customer happiness center counselors.
The business agreement, held at the Nonghyup Card Customer Center in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the day before, was prepared to support counselors hurt by malicious complaints to recover their exhausted minds through a mind and body stabilization program.
The Emotional Care Program plans to promote counselors' mental and physical relaxation and stability by conducting various experiential programs such as ▲Healing Flower Class ▲Pop Art Portrait Drawing ▲Making My Own Mini Garden through the Yongsan Women's Human Resources Development Center, a specialized institution for supporting women’s workforce.
In addition, Nonghyup Card is strengthening the counselor protection system, operating a 'Counselor Morale Boosting Program,' and taking the lead in protecting the rights and interests of emotional labor workers.
