This direct transaction market features participation from 13 cities and counties nationwide, including ▲Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam ▲Cheongyang-gun, Chungnam ▲Jecheon-si, Chungbuk ▲Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam ▲Ongjin-gun, Incheon ▲Naju-si, Jeonnam ▲Hwasun-gun ▲Jangheung-gun ▲Boseong-gun ▲Damyang-gun ▲Wonju-si, Gangwon, showcasing local agricultural and marine specialties by region.
The products for sale include over 100 kinds of agricultural and marine specialties and health foods produced by farms, such as Saengmyeong Hwangyeong Baekmi (life environment white rice), Honggaribi (red scallops), apples, onion juice, as well as mushrooms, myeongi (wild chive), gomchi (Ligularia), dolmiyeok (stone seaweed), and red pepper powder.
Dobong-gu has operated a direct transaction market in front of the district office every year for the holidays, but this year it could not be held due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
Accordingly, the district prepared an online direct transaction market on the Dobong-gu official website (Dobong Introduction/Online Direct Transaction Market) to provide sales channels to participating farms and allow residents to conveniently purchase high-quality agricultural and marine products.
