Samsung Large-Capacity Budget Phone 'Galaxy M32', Launch Imminent?
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Samsung Electronics, which is strengthening its mid-to-low price lineup, is expected to soon unveil its large-capacity budget smartphone, the Galaxy M32.
On the 18th (local time), IT specialized media SamMobile reported that two models presumed to be the Galaxy M32 (model numbers SM-M325F_DS, SM-M325FV_DS) have received Bluetooth 5.0 certification and are scheduled to be released in the market soon.
The Galaxy M32 is expected to be equipped with the same MediaTek Helio G80 processor as the Galaxy A32 (4G), and its design and camera configuration are also likely to be similar. The Galaxy M32 is known to be a model developed based on the Galaxy A32 released earlier this year, with slight styling changes and a higher-capacity battery compared to the Galaxy A32’s 5000mAh battery.
The Galaxy M32’s display is expected to feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED with a 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. On the rear, it is estimated to have a quad-camera setup including a 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel, 5-megapixel, and 5-megapixel sensors, along with a 20-megapixel front camera.
