Lee Sang-hee, Former Lotte Insurance Executive Director, Appointed as CIO of Military Mutual Aid Association Financial Investment Division
[Asia Economy Reporter Park So-yeon] The Military Mutual Aid Association announced on the 17th that Lee Sang-hee, former Executive Director of Asset Management at Lotte Insurance, has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Financial Investment Division. His term will begin on the 20th and last for three years.
The newly appointed Lee Sang-hee graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Sociology. He started his career as a corporate sales employee at Samsung Life Insurance, then served as Deputy Manager of U.S. Corporate Bond Analysis at the New York Investment Corporation, Head of Strategic Investment, Head of Equity Investment, and Director of the New York Investment Corporation. He later moved to Lotte Insurance, where he served as Executive Director of Asset Management.

The CIO is an executive responsible for overseeing the management and operation of approximately 5 trillion won in assets, including bonds, stocks, and alternative investments for the Military Mutual Aid Association.
