SmartStudy was recognized as the 13th unicorn company in Korea in April when it secured investment with a corporate value of 1 trillion KRW. Amid growing expectations for a New York Stock Exchange listing, positive forecasts are gaining momentum due to the success of the 'Baby Shark's Big Show!'
On this day, the global content company SmartStudy announced that it will expand the worldwide broadcast of the 2D animation series 'Baby Shark's Big Show!', co-produced with Nickelodeon, the world's largest kids entertainment channel.
'Baby Shark's Big Show!' will air on Nick Jr. channels in Europe and Oceania, including the UK on the 8th (local time), Australia on the 17th, and Italy on the 24th. It will also be released domestically in the second half of this year. Furthermore, it will be sequentially broadcast in Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa, expanding its stage globally to capture the attention of viewers worldwide.
First premiered on March 26 on the U.S. Nickelodeon channel, 'Baby Shark's Big Show!' has gained immense popularity since its launch. It ranked first in viewership ratings among children aged 2 to 5 on its first day (Nielsen, nationwide basis) and has accumulated 11 million viewers on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. channels. Thanks to high ratings, it is scheduled to air every Friday at 12:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon and three times a week on Nick Jr. in the second half of this year, continuing its long run with new episodes.

The largest shareholder is CEO Kim Min-seok, holding 19.46% of the shares.
