Shilla University (President Kim Chung-seok) announced on the 16th that Professor Lee Sang-hoon of the Department of Police Administration received the '2021 Best Education Service Award' on the 14th.
Shilla University's 'Best Servant Teacher Award (BSTA)' is given to professors who have contributed to educational service in extracurricular areas in celebration of Teachers' Day.
This year marked the 12th award, selected through recommendations from college deans and the student council, with professors and student representatives serving as judges.
Professor Lee served as an advisor for several clubs, including the volunteer club Unicoba, the board game club Sonjangnan, and the soccer club Justice, helping to enhance students' capabilities.
He also formed a study group for major-specific certifications such as security guard certification to support students in obtaining qualifications.
