Gyeongnam Province Individual Housing Price Determination ... Objections Accepted Until May 28
Targeting about 403,000 households in the province, Gyeongnam rises 1.72% (National average 6.10%)
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced on the 29th the official prices for 403,207 individual houses calculated as of January 1st this year.
The individual house prices in the province increased by an average of 1.72% compared to the previous year.
This is the lowest increase rate nationwide except for Chungnam (1.61%) (national average increase rate is 6.10%).
Considering that the realization rate of individual house prices is about 55.0%, which is 1.4 percentage points higher than the previous year, the official prices of individual houses in the province did not rise significantly.
By city and county, Changnyeong-gun showed the highest increase rate at 6.86%, followed by Namhae-gun at 6.58%, and Uiryeong-gun at 3.93%.
The areas with the lowest increase rates were Changwon-si at 0.38%, Tongyeong-si at 0.45%, and Gimhae-si at 1.11%.
The highest priced official house among the announced houses is located in Daebang-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si (283㎡), valued at 2,269 million KRW.

House owners or legal stakeholders who have objections can submit an objection form to the city or county (eup, myeon, dong) where the house is located by May 28th.
