Expanding Color Lineup of 2 in 1 Laptop 'Gram 360'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] LG Electronics is expanding customer choices by introducing ‘LG Gram’ laptops in various sizes and colors.
On the 25th, LG Electronics announced that it will launch the 2021 model ‘LG Gram 15’ next month. Following the existing 14-, 16-, and 17-inch models, the company is adding a 15-inch product, creating a dense lineup by screen size.
Unlike the 16:10 aspect ratio models introduced earlier this year, the new product features a 15.6-inch FHD (1920x1080) IPS display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, satisfying customers accustomed to the traditional 16:9 ratio. Additionally, it incorporates an ultra-slim bezel and a perfect hidden hinge, achieving a more compact design compared to the previous Gram 15-inch model.
The ‘LG Gram 15’ offers high usability with a lightweight body of 1120g and a large-capacity 80Wh battery. It also applies the latest Intel 11th generation Tiger Lake processor, which delivers approximately 20% faster data processing speed compared to the previous 10th generation processor. Furthermore, it is equipped with Intel’s integrated Iris Xe graphics processor, providing a smooth environment with fast speeds for high-definition video work and gaming.
LG Electronics is also expanding the color lineup by adding ‘Obsidian Black’ for the 14-inch and ‘Quartz Silver’ for the 16-inch models of the newly introduced 2-in-1 laptop ‘Gram 360’. When ‘Gram 360’ was launched in February, the 14-inch model was available in ‘Topaz Green’ and the 16-inch in ‘Obsidian Black’.
‘Gram 360’ is a product that can be switched between laptop and tablet modes depending on the customer’s situation. It can be used in laptop mode when using the keyboard for tasks such as document work or video editing, and in tablet mode when enjoying video content or using a pen.
Meanwhile, LG Electronics will hold the ‘Bigger Gram, Bigger Thanks Event’ throughout May. Customers who purchase during this period will receive additional gifts such as a laptop pouch, gaming headset, and a kneeling chair.

By offering various choices, we will further strengthen our leadership in the growing laptop market amid COVID-19.”
