According to the police on the 24th, the Seoul Central District Court held a pre-trial detention hearing for Mr. A, in his 50s, the previous day and dismissed the warrant. The police stated that the victim, a woman in her 30s, submitted a letter to the court expressing her wish not to press charges, which played a decisive role in the dismissal of the detention warrant.
