After A tested positive, quarantine authorities conducted COVID-19 tests on all employees of other departments including the Hygiene Division and the Sports Council stationed on the 4th floor the day before.
Subsequent epidemiological investigation revealed that A used the main building cafeteria on the 14th and 15th, leading to mass testing of about 600 Dong-gu public officials who used the cafeteria.
