By type, there are △168 units of 76㎡ △190 units of 84㎡A △95 units of 84㎡B.
More than 70% of the households offer views of the Namhan River, and the complex is mainly south-facing, providing excellent lighting and ventilation. Considering that Yangpyeong is a region popular for riding and camping, large entrance storage spaces are provided in some units, and specialized designs such as ‘Styling Bathroom,’ similar to hotel bathrooms, are also applied.
