Tmon's Super Save Members' Purchase Amount Increases 3.4 Times Year-on-Year
Average Purchase Amount per Transaction Increased by 2.4 Times
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON (CEO Lee Jin-won) announced on the 22nd that an analysis of purchase data from paid membership Super Save members last month showed that the total purchase amount and average purchase amount per transaction increased by 3.4 times and 2.4 times respectively compared to the same period last year.
Super Save members bought more and spent more per purchase. TMON explained that this is interpreted as a result of continuously focusing on customer satisfaction and providing benefits since the introduction of Super Save in 2018.
As purchasing power increased, the proportion of total purchase amount also grew. During the same period, the share of total purchase amount by TMON Super Save members increased by 3.1 times compared to the previous year. The strategy to enhance members' purchasing power based on customized exclusive benefits available for about 82 won per day was successful.
