Mr. A is accused of stabbing the abdomen of a 22-year-old U.S. soldier, Mr. B, once with a weapon at a bar in Paengseong-eup, Pyeongtaek City, around 9 p.m. the previous day. According to the police, Mr. A is also presumed to be a U.S. soldier.
Currently, Mr. B has been transferred to a hospital and is receiving treatment. It is reported that his life is not in danger.
The police believe that during a dispute and fight between a group of four accompanying Mr. A and a group of two accompanying Mr. B at the bar, Mr. A stabbed Mr. B and fled.
