Hyundai Green Food Launches 'Greeting Healthy Meal Kit' with Michelin Star Chef
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Hyundai Green Food, a comprehensive food company affiliated with Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 7th that it will launch the 'Greeting Healthy Meal Kit' in collaboration with owner chefs of restaurants selected in the 'Michelin Guide 2021'.
The Greeting Healthy Meal Kit consists of ‘Perilla Oil Shiitake Mushroom Noodles’ and ‘Spicy Red Pepper Paste Perilla Leaf Noodles’. The products were jointly developed with a health concept by Chef Lee Yoo-seok of ‘Yumyeonga’, a noodle specialty restaurant in Seongsu-dong selected in the Michelin Guide 2021, and Chef Shin Chang-ho of ‘Joo-ok’, a Korean fine dining restaurant at The Plaza Hotel.
The main ingredients of the two products, noodles and perilla oil, were developed by leveraging each chef’s strengths. Chef Lee Yoo-seok, who possesses homemade noodle-making technology, developed noodles by grinding shiitake mushrooms and perilla leaves, while Chef Shin Chang-ho extracted perilla oil at the optimal temperature and pressure.
All sauces use a special sauce developed directly by the dedicated research organization ‘Greeting LAB’, without adding monosodium glutamate, flavoring agents, or caramel coloring.

The selling price is 12,500 KRW for Perilla Oil Shiitake Mushroom Noodles (serves 2) and 13,500 KRW for Spicy Red Pepper Paste Perilla Leaf Noodles (serves 2).
