The government's travel advisories are operated in four levels: Blue Alert (Travel Caution), Yellow Alert (Travel Restriction), Red Alert (Evacuation Recommendation), and Black Alert (Travel Ban).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advised canceling or postponing travel to this area and recommended evacuation unless there is an urgent reason for those already staying there.
