HMM Supports Long-Term Transportation for Exporting SMEs
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] HMM supports the export cargo transportation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) struggling due to COVID-19.
On the 2nd, HMM announced that it signed a "Business Agreement for Long-term Transportation Support for Exporting SMEs" with the Small and Medium Business Corporation.
With this business agreement, HMM secured additional space of 50 TEU for Europe-bound shipments, in addition to the 350 TEU per voyage for America-bound shipments secured last year, and decided to prioritize providing this space to SMEs. The cooperation period is extended until December this year, with the possibility of further extension through consultation.
