Eunpyeong-gu - (Corporation) Deobureo Baeum Conducts Startup Audition Program for Specialized High School Students
Business Agreement Signed... 'Startup Audition Program' Providing Practical Experience Opportunities to Specialized High School Students This Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) signed a business agreement with (Corporation) Deobureo Baeum on the 24th to support education for local youth and young adults.
The agreement includes ▲exchange and provision of information related to youth and young adult education ▲development and support of programs to enhance youth and young adult educational activities ▲promotion of joint cooperative projects.
Since its establishment as a corporation in 2017, (Corporation) Deobureo Baeum has experience in implementing various educational projects with education offices and local governments for youth pressured by competitive education. It has collaborated with Eunpyeong-gu on various educational projects such as the ‘School Care Program’ to improve psychological and emotional stability and bonding among students, teachers, and parents; the ‘Visiting Youth Concert’ for youth with limited access to cultural performances; and the ‘Village-type Youth Care Program’ utilizing idle spaces in the community to provide youth care.
In particular, this year, they are conducting the ‘Startup Audition Program’ which offers practical experience necessary for entrepreneurship to students of specialized high schools.
The ‘Startup Audition Program’ is a program that provides basic lectures on entrepreneurship essentials such as economics, marketing, and accounting, along with practical experience in writing business plans, market research, and budgeting.
Additionally, by forming teams with peers to prepare for startups, participants are expected to build new social networks and freely express their opinions, contributing to healthy personality development.
