According to the '2021 Regular Asset Changes of High-ranking Public Officials' disclosed by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee through the official gazette on the 25th, Chairman Han reported assets of 1,064.1 million KRW, a decrease of 421.72 million KRW compared to one year ago.
Chairman Han newly reported land worth 175.98 million KRW inherited in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, while 666.58 million KRW was excluded from asset registration due to his father's death. In addition, he reported major assets including an apartment worth 320 million KRW in Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi Province under his spouse's name, deposits worth 564.66 million KRW under his and his spouse's names, and securities worth 51.08 million KRW.
Kim Hyun, Vice Chairman of the Korea Communications Commission, recorded assets of 527.93 million KRW, an increase of 22.26 million KRW from 505.67 million KRW last year. Vice Chairman Kim reported an apartment worth 358 million KRW in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province, and deposits under his and eldest daughter's names increased from 105.45 million KRW last year to 127.35 million KRW.
Among the standing commissioners of the Korea Communications Commission, Commissioner Kim Chang-ryong reported the highest assets at 2,975.82 million KRW. Commissioner Kim reported real estate including an apartment worth 411.8 million KRW in Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and deposits under his and his spouse's names increased from 1,731.98 million KRW to 2,257.49 million KRW.
Kim Ki-man, President of the Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation (KOBACO), reported assets worth 2,182.03 million KRW, an increase of 217.78 million KRW compared to the previous year. Real estate under his and his spouse's names increased from 1,992.44 million KRW to 2,127.85 million KRW. The value of a row house in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, under his name changed due to reconstruction into a multi-family house, and the values of an officetel under his spouse's name and an apartment under his eldest son's name also changed.

Kim Myung-joong, President of the Educational Broadcasting System (EBS), saw his assets increase from 2,144.56 million KRW to 2,657.72 million KRW. Real estate assets including an apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, under his and his spouse's names increased from 1,159.76 million KRW to 2,800 million KRW, while financial debts and building lease debts also increased by 1,049.77 million KRW.
