Honam University Integrated News Center Conducts Interviews for 18th Student Reporters
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Honam University announced on the 24th that it conducted interviews for the 18th term student reporters of the Tonghan News Center.
Fifteen candidates who passed the document screening for the first round participated in the interview held at the Tonghan News Center Magic Studio.
They introduced their qualifications and aspirations as student reporters while strictly adhering to COVID-19 prevention guidelines such as temperature checks, hand sanitization, and social distancing.
Honam University's Tonghan News Center, the nation's only institution nurturing 'multi-journalists' among universities, has about 20 student reporters who publish the Honam University Newspaper and the Korean-Chinese newspaper Hanguk Honam Daehakbo (韓國湖南大學報), and also operate the YouTube channels Honam University TV and Hoho TV.
Additionally, by running various media including three daily radio broadcasts on campus, newspapers, broadcasts, and SNS, they cultivate students into multi-journalists.
