View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] A bizarre scene of a woman calmly driving a car filled with a swarm of bees was captured in the United States.
According to Metro on the 22nd (local time), Jocelyn Jordan, who lives in the U.S., witnessed an astonishing sight while passing a road in Alabama on the 19th.
Inside the blue car running right next to her, hundreds of honeybees were covering the interior.
Right behind the female driver was a large wooden box almost reaching the ceiling, and bees were densely clinging to the windows.
Jocelyn thought there was a beehive inside the wooden box.
Bees were also gathering here and there on the driver's side window.
The woman drove on the road without paying any attention to this.
Even as the bees buzzed and flew around, she calmly chatted on the phone.
Jocelyn shared this scene on social media, writing, "At first, I was so shocked I almost fainted. I even honked to try to help the woman."
Only after confirming the woman was safe did Jocelyn feel relieved and continue driving.
Jocelyn said, "Bees usually sting only when they feel threatened. The woman must be a beekeeper, so the bees felt comfortable."
Later, a woman who identified herself as the driver and a beekeeper in the photo left a comment.
