[JoyGolf] Yamaha Golf RMX Forged "Shark Fin Effect"
"Only for Korean golfers."
This is the 2021 model ‘Remix (RMX) Forged’ iron (photo) from Yamaha Golf's official agency, Orient Golf. It features an ultra-low center of gravity design with a center height of 1.99cm, the lowest ever among forged irons. After the ball reaches its highest point, it delivers powerful spin upon landing on the green. It is an attractive weapon for mid-to-low handicappers. A rib reminiscent of a tiger shark's fin is placed in the center of the back face.
Nicknamed the ‘Tiger Shark Fin’ due to its streamlined fin shape. It suppresses face vibration, resulting in a thrilling feel and helps maintain consistent impact. The thickness at the hitting point is 15mm, one of the largest among soft iron forged irons. This is to minimize shock during contact. The space where the golfer feels the point (16mm from the ground) is thick, making the swing comfortable.
