On the 20th, Park posted on his Facebook, "I will write here when it becomes necessary to explain procedures according to the progress of the case for the time being," expressing this stance.
Park said, "I have been receiving questions about the possibility of a retrial in the former Prime Minister Han's case," and added, "It seems to be because I am called a 'retrial specialist lawyer.'"
He then stated, "No opinion," and explained, "It may be an irresponsible position, but since I am preparing to publicize a sensitive case, I do not want to get involved in political disputes."
